How do you contribute every day?
What!?!
Contributes to her own kids?
There are dozens of channels available these days you know. You could have avoided Children in Need anyway.
I'd love to contribute to children in need but can't find a lady who wants to be a single mum :-(

Contribute to my own kids grand children and other kids who need things, food clothes school items and other local charities.
The majority of us do that.

I like Children in Need.
The British people never cease to amaze me with their generosity.
Must say, I am surprised as well.
Pity the generosity isn't passed on to where it is supposed to go then. By all accounts there are millions just sitting there and yet they keep saying every penny goes to the kids.

Apart from the £100K+ to the CEO
Ye Gods! What a choice !!!!

Football or Children in Need.

I think I'll wash me 'air and go to bed :-)
Do you think just because someone works for a charity they should work for less than they are worth?

Pips - maybe money is kept back in case future support is needed.
I know new judge. I need a drink!!

Agree pips1 apparently £90 million raised last year and still people in need, I would never want to see a child that needed help that I could contribute to but I do so in my own way without it being a forum for celebrities who could help solve the issues with their vast fortunes!
Baldric - I don't care about their salaries. If they get the job done then maybe they are worth it. You can't deal with millions upon millions and pay someone basic wage.
To me CID is a bit like Eurovision in that it's only done on one day a year but people still like to complain that it's on and that it's shoved down our throats. That's obviously not the case.
I would like to love CID but I cannot abide Lenny Henry so I stay away from it, but if he was not there I am sure I would enjoy it for the fun it provides. Some great comedy has come from CID.
I do give when I can. i also give to anything I feel is worth my money though I don't have much to give. It makes me feel more worthwhile as a person. Maybe that's a little selfish because I enjoy that feeling. It's a natural high, a buzz. I think according to AB rules, this makes me a hand-wringer. ;)
CIN not CID. I have no idea!
