jackpot limits for small clubof 80 people

just wanted to know if there was a limit on the amount a jackpot could rise to in a small club of 80 people.

I might be talking rubbish but I don't see the problem. Everyone has paid their money and the club give away as much or as little as they choose.

Seems like this person is just complaining because they haven't won it!

i go to small local bingo club of which is only attended by approx.80 people .wanted to know how much is the jackpotis legally allowed to go up to .
I wouldn't have thought there would be a limit. Surely, it's up to the club, assuming they have their gambling licence?

the club is a sports and social club and the bingo is in a small room.of which a fee of £20 is taken for hire of room .but someone told us that we were breaking the law when jackpot went over a £1000.
I don't see how. If everyone is paying their entry fee, it's up to the club how to give it out.

its what we term as a snowball-bingo where it rolls over if not won in so many 50 numbers )-for example.
