I went to an interview today was a nice chat but I wish I hadn't been so tired and less nervous although they basically said they allow nerves. I just wish I had done better. We had a good chat and he complimented my question. Was in there for I'd say 20 minutes and thanked for them for interviewing me.

I massively messed up a typing test on an interview I went for. I wrote to them and said I know I had messed it up, but the boss had already decided he wanted me. That interview changed my life. If it is meant to be it is meant to be. Absolutely no point worrying about it. Worrying will not change the outcome.

Abbey - I once went for a job which I obtained. Sometime after my boss told me "you had a terrible interview but you got the job". I must have done something right!
Didn't know they did interviews for manual work.
Anyway, you've done your best, that's all you can do.
Good luck. ;-)

all you can do is wait...

on the decision, send them an e-mail or whatever and ask for their feedack, if negative, as to your positives and negatives as they saw them.....not least, it puts you into candidacy for future positions.

They said if I got it I'll get a call if I am successful or an email if it bad news
in any loss of a job or contract, it's always worth asking 'can you tell m why and how to imorove for the next time?'
