Is Summer Over ?? ... And Our Town

Next weekend, the university students come back.

And, like many of your towns, we become a university town.

But, this weekend ... this has been OUR town!

The clubs, the pubs, the bars ... our town!

And we have killed it!!!

(takes another ibuprofen, and sips coffee)

But this feels like the end of the Summer.

Is the Summer over?

Do we now have to hand things back to Autumn, and the students?

I mean, Freshers Week is always jolly, even when you're not a student.

But when the uni students come back ... it feels like Autumn.

Is Summer over? Was that it ??????
