bicarbonate of soda or kitty litter. Leave overnight and the smell is usually gone
If that doesn't work, this will:

note; he didn't say what it actually stank of!
Easier to clean in future, eh Pinki? ;)
Have a poo next to it. That should take your mind off the vomit smell.
Well the story was- Family reunion and I had too many wines (bottles). Wife drove home and I got slowly more Peed. At home She dragged me olut of the car and into the house where I fell down and she was unable to move me. I was apparently sick everywhere -red.
The next is what I have been told:
Our police daughter said to get ambulance as I could die
from choking. So they arrived and turned me and covered in a blanket.
Daughter then arrived and covered her nose with a tea towl because of the smell. Apparently I opened my eyes at that point and exclaimed "Ohh, Yasar Arrafat's here"!

They somehow dragged me up to bed.

Next day at 9.00am. a hire van arrived for me and I spent all day driving and humping things moving daughter into new flat. A bit woozy to begin with but not too bad.
Sorry it was long but thought it 1) might amuse and 2) serve as a lesson!
As per Chris's Suggestion.

Simple Solution. Nothing beats it!!
