We have fairly recently replaced our concrete driveway with a block paving. However an 6 inch strip of the grass lawn immediately adjacent to the drive is dying, possibly due to the cement holding the edge of the drive in place. Should this be happening? Any solutions or suggestions would be appreciated.

Yes the cement has most likely killed the grass. Best to dig it out and refill with some nice new top soil and reseed.

Yes that would be because of the cement, happened to use some years ago. I just cut a border and planted it.
