How does one divide orchids?

Are you referring to cymbidiums. Don't divide into too may pieces. Depends on size of plant. Try and keep about three back bulbs and a good clump of fresh growth together. Unless they are really pot bound I don't divide. I usually just repot in a bigger pot unless the pot is really huge. They sometimes take a year or two to flower after repotting. Try googling and...
