Butter some bread and spread with chunky cut marmalade. Cut into triangles. Beat eggs with milk and sugar. Put a layer of triangles in a dish, some mixed dried fruit sprinkled on top, another layer of bread. When its big as you want pour the egg mixture over. Leave to stand for about 30 mins to soak in. I cook mine in a tin filled with water and the dish stood inside ( bain marie ) for 40 mins in oven. Just jiggle about with the amounts. I put a sprinkle of cinnamon on the top before putting in oven.
