Have all the common ones but would like some more from other countries

Inside some of us is a thin person struggling to get out, but I can usually be sedated with a few pieces of Christmas Cake !

I start early so I can collapse in a heap with a large drink Christmas eve and actually enjoy the celebrations with everyone else...

I am trying to convince a colleague to give me her recipe for her west indian christmas rum cake its to die for.... mind you she only charges a tenner for them so might just invest in one

We make Rustie lee's Caribbean Christmas cake most years - lots of booze, as you'd expect.

I've got an almond and amaretto cake that has that effect.....
They all sound really nice!!! Perhaps a 'Christmas cake' recipe section within the Seasonal Christmas section with everyones recipes? Not Christmassy enough just in recipes ..

Ed sounds like a good idea...I will be looking for variations on mince pies soon although my bakewell tart versions are pretty delish...
