I have just bought himself a power washer - I am sure he will be so pleased!

What have you bought anyone to surprise/please them?

I have just bought "he who is grumpy without coffee" a new coffee machine for his study. It should arrive today!

It's only a cheap De Longhi one, but it is one that he has to operate manually. Else he forgets to put his mug in and water goes everywhere.

His old one died last week (it's probably flooded). This is purely self interest because he messages me from upstairs to say "put the kettle on" and so I have to get up and put the kettle on.

Plus moss can be very slippery when wet. So it's a safety issue.

He's gone off to have a row with the garage about his new car and pick up a chain saw blade. (I hope the two are not related). I asked him if he could possibly try not to get arrested because it could really ruin my day.

I bought my sis a coffee pod machine - she loves it and when it broke, she treated herself to the same model machine :)
I'm waiting for a guy to call to me with a power washer to do the back garden pathway and I have a job for him up the road from me, I want my Mam's headstone cleaned

I have those pill cutters, so handy (the grinder is great to add pills to yogurt or whatever Choux )

Didn't they once make an ironing board cover with a young man wearing very little? As the iron heated up the cover that clothing disappeared?
