I had no idea what cous cous was made from !
Morning! I've tried this, although I didn't make it (someone else did).

It's strangely a stronger cauliflower flavour for it's new form? Quite tasty, but it's not really a replacement for the filling wholesomeness of cous cous or rice.

Morning, Ed. I think a flavour can intensify the more finely it is chopped, particularly so in the case of onions and garlic, and probably with cauli too.
Had it up here for centuries, jambutty:

Tak twa calves or coos coos..............
Up where douglas ?
Caledonia, jambutty.

It might have worked better as coo's coos though.
how about some of that date nectar....you often find dates in Moroccan tagines etc.
douglas - I like oat cakes when I'm in Scotland as I am this week. But I like them with jam and butter on !
