I'd never even heard of Florida Salad, so I can't help directly. (Sorry!)

However this recipe has been contributed by a member of the Food.com website, tagged as 'Low calorie' and well-reviewed by another member (who also suggests some possible changes). So perhaps it's worth a look?

Thanks for that Chris not exactly what I was looking for but I am certainly going to try that one looks really nice. We get this Florida Salad in small tubs in the supermarkets but it is very high in fat and calories so I just wondered if some people had their own recipes.

Hi wendilla if you google Florida salad(healthy recipe) there is one by Tarla Dalal which has low fat paneer plus lots of low fat ingredients.
