because it has cream in it
Real tomato soup isn't orange. It's only the manufactured ones that are and, as mccfluff says, they have cream and all manner of other things in them.

Thanks to you both for your answers
Tomatoes are red, it is true but when we go to make soup then we have to mix some component to make its taste that's color is may be orange so tomatoes hold on the orange color.
Studies have shown that tomato soup is one of the most boring foods on earth.

I love tomato soup, especially Heinz.

Ahh, the Blorenge, has fond memories for me.
Heinz tomato soup is like no other substance. It does not taste of tomatoes and is probably completely devoid of natural ingredients but HTS+ white sliced bread is so very satisfying.
