How long will wine keep

I don't drink wine, but I frequently use it for cooking.
How long can I keep using it for ? It's screw top if that is pertinent.

Pour it into an ice cube tray and freeze. You can then use the cubes as and when you need them - e.g. just pop a couple in a stew

I'm afraid I've no idea past about 22:30.
If it is reasonable quality it should last 2-3 days if kept in fridge.
About three days.
I don't understand the principle of 'keeping' wine, it normally evaporates in our house anyway.

In my house....................about 2 hours.

Get one of the above vaccum sealers, or similar. They are excellent.

Thank you ubasses and Mrs Overall, both good recommendations, I already freeze cream in ice cube trays, so I will do that.
Ubasses, a bottle could last me many weeks using it as I do, and I always have a bottle of each on the go, I seem to have been keeping it part used for too long , oopsie.
Get a small 'bag in box' of wine. It keeps longer because there is no airspace, is cheaper than buying it by the bottle and is very convenient for the odd swig, should you change your drinking habits
It depends on the wine. Can be not overly great next day, or can still seem grand days later. I've had wine that actually tasted better next day. I assume the same rules apply for cooking if you don't drink it from the bottle, er I mean glass.
Good God! If you must use wine to cook---my wife uses gas, I believe,-- why not get those little bottles from Tescos or Sainsburys. They only hold 2 glasses worth, and I believe you put as much as 1 in a meal.
I use open wine for cooking for days, maybe even a couple of weeks after opening (cooking only mind, and kept in the fridge ... Including red), before anyone asks, I'm not a bad cook ... Least wise, I don't think I have killed anyone yet.
