Goose egg

I've been given a goose egg. I think I'll scramble it and have it with toast, but I wondered if anyone had any other cooking ideas for it.

We see them a lot in my neck of the woods.. .Farmers Markets usually have them for sale

You can use it to make a toad in the hole ..I shall be round to sample it later :))
