3 Year Old Child ?

could a 3 year old child get dressed, put shoes on ,open a heavy outside door unaided ?

some adult are thoughtless and stupid, maybe one opened the door an the kid ran through it as it slowly pulled closed - and they didnt bat an eyelid

most adults would have seen a lone toddler and stopped to assist - but a teen or a stupid person, not necessarily ...

also could the door have been wedged open for some reason? someone forgotten a key or something, or carrying something heavy through it ...?
