Thought about this at a party last night where there were obviously lots of couples...

Do you still fancy your hubby/wife/mr/mrs/OH/whatever as much as you did before!?

Was wondering if you still look at them the same way after years of marriage r whatever and feel the same way!? (in my case like "RAaaaaaarrrrr" haha)

I also saw a saying aswell "when the butterflies stop its the beginning of the end" so that inspired me too!? Xxx

We are coming up to our golden wedding, got married very young, and still love each other to bits. Fancy him like mad, he is my best friend, we have NEVER had an argument,-( even if he sometimes makes me mutter under my breath, especially since his retirement, when he has an opinion on everything). Get breakfast in bed every morning, and he looks after me, and I him, all the time. Would not change him for the world!

We argue all the time and have heated rows too. We always have had and always will. We are two opinionated and highly stubborn and independent individuals - and have been married for 40 years. And yes I still fancy him, he's a challenge and I am too. It keeps us going. Darby and Joan we are not.

we bicker about things but funny bickering when we dont agree. Have only ever had 1 argument. I still sit at work sometimes and have sudden urge to txt my bloke to say 'god ure sexy' lol.

At the risk of sounding boring, we never argue either. There have been times we have come close, but if I give Mr O "the look" it usually stops him dead in his tracks.

I still fancy my OH. Weve just celebrated 38 years married and 44 years together. Hes as gorgeous now as he was then. I would marry him again. Some people take their vows again dont they. I think I would too if we are still around in 2 years to celebrate our Ruby wedding. I think it would be lovely and romantic. A card from our son of 32, said we were two old romantics xx

As a bloke, married twice and still friends with both ladies, the feelings develop and change over the years, and it's not just the Raaaaaaarrrr and butterflies, although that's always there to fall back on (ho ho).

You need to be able to argue, only a saint could live with someone in complete harmony for years on end, and I'd think it would be boring for the partner, unless he/she was a saint, too.

Well........

First of all, what do they mean by "fancy?".......if they mean sexual activity.....you know.....bonking......then that is what you would expect the women to say, as they are unlikely to get it anywhere else.

If they mean "I couldn't live with any other man" that again is what one would expect them to say as if the relationship broke up, it would be the women that would be left "high and dry" but the bloke would have a good chance of another woman.

So..".Do You Still Fancy"........will give predictable responses (almost all female)
