You're breaking blood vessels by the sound of it, by pressing so hard. Don't do it.

I don't know what you are asking. If you lean your arm against something with a raised pattern then it will leave an imprint on your arm. If someone else leans against the same thing they will also have an imprint. As far as I'm aware you are not a medical mystery.
Sounds like you both have septicemia rush to the hospital straight away.

@dtgblue well they disappear after a day or two and they don't form until i press my arm on a hard surface?
otherwise i am normal
Hmmmm.
How do you know they are clots, have you done a biopsy?
Question Author
@jomilfl no but they look like tiny red dots that disappear after sometime
do you know what this is?
They're just pressure marks. They're not blood clots.
Question Author
@jomifl but why do they form?
Pressure - if you press your hand hard against anything, it'll cause pressure under your skin.

If you are worried about it, go to your doctor.

@ boxtops but why do they form?
You're breaking blood vessels by the sound of it, by pressing so hard. Don't do it.
Most likely to be broken capillary blood vessels due to minor trauma - pin-point petechiae.
Unusual to form on relatively tough skin such as the palm; more commonly they form on delicate skin.

You're welcome - if they persist or become more widespread, it may be worth mentioning it to your GP.
