Is it safe to take paracetamol tablets whilst taking tablets for blood pressure.

Paracetamol is OK with Ramipril, if for normal analgesic purposes. But GP knows best.

Amlodipine for me and Bisoprolol and Bendroflumethiazide for my husband.

i would think that such a common medication would be mentioned on leaflet that came with your BP tablets if it were likely to cause issues

Scarlets Fan, I take amlodipine and so, when necessary, I take Panadol, with great care not to exceed the recommended dose (but there are a lot of other things I can't take due to previous conditions). If you don't want to trouble your doctor, why don't you ask your chemist? He'll know what questions to ask you about other conditions you and your husband may have. They're usually pleased that somebody is actually bothering to ask them.
