Relative Returning From France

Can she get a doctor, what are the conditions, she is English ?

Brother and sister came home from overseas for a few months only and were able to register ...no problems...

So it applies to a short time as well, not only long time, never knew that

Don't know if they said it was only a short while ...4 months, but they are still UK citizens and still own property here....but don't think your friends have any worries....

you have to be in the UK for a "legal and settled purpose" If they are coming back from france simply for treatment, it's "illegal", although i don't really know how anyone would find out
