Hi sqad I had a molar taken out today, and feels OK but I just rinsed with warm salted water as advised and a tooth sized blood clot came out, is that OK?

Yes, if there is no further bleeding after the clot has been removed...no big deal.
It should settle.

Yes, no big deal. Keep up the warm salty water rinses, but rinse gently so as not to disturb it further.

Thank you both, am absolutely fine this am, pillow slightly stained from the night but no probs today. am still rinsing with warm salt water.
