Slight bleeding in early pregnancy after intercourse is no big deal and is not unusual.

However....if it becomes heavy and associated with colicky pains, don't panic, just call your doctor.

It appears slight bleeding or spotting after intercourse is normal because of the cervix being tender.

Im no expert.
