ive been burning up all day, got the feeling like i wanna be sick but i cant, have had a terrible bad stomach, and my head feels like its going 100 miles and hour really confusing. Should i be worried or is this just a normal bugg

Not to worry....the high temperature would suggest a viral infection rather than a bacterial one. Drink plenty, Ibuprofen 600mgms every six hours and monitor the situation.
