I'm a firm believer in not doing any decorations, tree, lights and all until after rememberence Sunday. buying gifts and wrapping up presents is ok, it helps finances if you can spread it out a bit............... =)

way too early to put decorations up. Ours will go up when kids finish school. Have started buying food etc as that helps spread the cost a bit.

My friend put his decorations up over a week ago so I'm told, I haven't been to visit. Seemed strange to me as he always says he can't stand Christmas, so I asked him why, to which he responded "I just like the way they make the front room look''. It's beyond me.

second week into December for me for my tree. have already bought some goodies to eat and drink.............. party at my place Christmas Eve!!

I saw a christmas tree in someones window this week. Couldn't believe it! Lol.. Ours doesn't go up until December. We don't usually start doing anything til after my birthday. My mum said it was always to much to handle all at once :-)

my friend with the tree up said she had seen the coca cola lorry ad........so that is why she put it up!! what's that all about then...........lol.

Haha! I always say it's officially Christmas when the coke advert comes on! Doesn't make me put up the tree though lol :-) they were testing all the christmas lights on the high street yesterday when I was at work. What a boring job, changing lightbulbs all day :|

when was the ad on? I haven't seen it yet, starting to get xmas twinges here and there but that's it, it certainly won't start until I have my advent calendar on my desk at work!
