What a picture of misery. It's p-ing it down with rain here and he's sitting by the door staring at me, wanting me to take him out even though it's only just 2 hours since his last walk. I've opened the door so he can go in the garden but No that's not doing it for him. Perhaps a nice chew will do the trick. Anyone else having the same problem?

Yes at that age you worry about them catching chills etc. I’m sure now that he’s been fed he will settle down

Yes, but a nice rib eye might get me across the threshold.
Nope we have had sunshine all day it’s now turned chilly and the are in front of the fire I will have to wake them up for a piddle.
* they are *
Its gorgeous here, a lovely Autumn afternoon, crisp sunshine. OH and I have Just come back from a nice ride on our horses and, as I type, he is pouring out two lovely glasses of chilled white. I may even have a bag of crisps. Cheese and Onion. Maybe a bit of cheese.
Lovely here too, just thought I'd chance my arm for a bit of steak.
Tilly is still drying out after our morning walk. We got soaked and she won't want to go again for another walk.
She's asleep and snoring, in front of the fire.
Put your Mac and wellies on! He might need a pee! Lol...
We have laid our fire for tonight, apparently the temperature is going to drop to zero.

LOL Mamya, that would do it for me as well.

No sunshine here today. Sounds as if this is the only place where it's raining, almost dark as well now. He's eaten his chew and gone to lie down by his food bowl. I wonder what he could be after now? No prizes for guessing.
Nope, I don't even know your dog.
I am but with my cats, they are not happy and moaning and groaning
Been raining here all day. My heating don't go on till January and then only for 5 minutes. I'm pretty tough, you know.
Been sunny here, albeit a bit chilly. Jill's been sleeping on the chair all afternoon after a long run in the park this morning, but she's getting ready for her tea time walk any time now - keeps peering at me over the arm of the chair!

The cat's fine. He's lying on his back with his four legs in the air.
Tilly how old is Tilly?
Patsy he can have a pee in the garden like he normally would. I've just fed him so perhaps he'll quieten now. If it stops raining we'll go out again, if not we won't.
buy him one of those electric walking machines exercisers lol

I'd take my boy if it wasn't raining. We're both too old to get soaking wet if we have a choice, and we do. He's not a well dog and he's 14 years old although you would never guess by his actions. His little face and eyes give it away though I think.

Went down to Sandwich Bay earlier, dogs had a good run, we had a good walk. Spitting with rain on way back to cars, 7 of us, friends and their dog staying. Home now, raining steadily, not going out again so don't care. Take away due later, job done.

Mally that wouldn't suit him I'm afraid. I'm a strong believer in dogs meeting and interacting with other dogs. Being a JR he likes to sniff everything, several times, examine everything, several times, stick his snout into everything for as long as he wants, so a machine wouldn't do it. But thank you for the suggestion.

You're right rockrose. He's eaten and now in his bed fast asleep. All peaceful.

Except the cat's coming to life now ...

Good job we love them.
