I often go several days without sleep. Then I might sleep for a few hours or for a whole day. I just 'go with the flow'. For example, I went to bed early (2145) on Sunday but got up at 0330 on Monday. I laid on my bed for three hours on Monday evening (without really sleeping) but didn't go to bed properly until 0730 yesterday. I then slept until 2200, when I got up. So...

So I've no idea whether I just be regarding the present time as late night Tuesday (meaning that I should go to bed again soon) or early morning on Wednesday (meaning that I might not go to bed until some time tomorrow).

If you've got nothing forcing you to be active at a certain time, just sleep when you feel like it!
^^^just = should
Perhaps I'm more tired than I thought!
Oh, "Good morning, Clara!", BTW ;-)

oh yes and good morning to you to buenchico :)
My old dog needs letting out at least twice every night - so I tend to sleep in short shifts of two or three hours at a time.

All worth it though.
>>>so I tend to sleep in short shifts

You should wear whatever type of dresses take your fancy, Dave!

Kaboom Tish ...
Hello

Clara - I have sleep problems too. Alas if I go without sleep for too long I either go Manic or become psychotic. I try to sleep as much as I can these days.

Chris - self publishing with Lulu. Have you done this yourself? You mentioned it on a thread recently.

Dave - have you had Maisie's waterworks checked? My dog was diagnosed with various ailments in his last few months. He was peeing for Scotland at the end.

I am up due to Felix Catus Pest problems. Off back to bed now.

The wife has just appeared and told me off for not sleeping again .. you can't win can you!
I wouldn't mind but I'm in a chair in the lounge where I have been for the past 6 days and nights and bothering nobody......... women.!
Maisie had her MoT recently - all normal, just old age catching up (nearly 17 now) - I think she needs company as much as anything - which I'm happy to give.
Wolf:
I'm currently working a book for self-publication (with another one in mind) but I won't be using Lulu; I'll be using Amazon's own CreateSpace:
https://www.createspace.com/Products/Book/
That is good news. Seventeen is impressive. Robbie was fourteen. He was old for a Lab/GSD. I still miss the little psycho.
Chris - fact or fiction? I'm helping Frankie write a book on humans. We are not getting very far.
Children's fiction for the one that's near completion, Wolf. A quiz book for the one I'm still thinking about.

I'm sure that a few extra Dreamies will help Frankie get rid of his writer's block ;-)
Welcome to the wonderful world of the insomniac clara. Why not come and join us on the early bird thread every morning? Look forward to seeing you tomorrow am, bright and early. xx
