bee's in the bird box

I noticed that the nest box that some bluetits have shown a lot of interest in seems to also be atractive to bumblebees, would they both nest in the same place? or would the birds be frightened off by the bees? the bees are huge, as big as teaspoons, they usually nest under the shed, i have never seen them in the bird box before, it will be a shame if the blue tits have to move as they have used the box before and its one i can see from the kitchen window.

I think the bees will win. Last year (or maybe the year before) on Spring Watch they showed a bee move a Barn Owl out of a nest box!

Poor Bluetits, but thats life I guess!
The bumbles are more at risk than the bluetits.

what does a 'bee hotel consist of rowanwitch? i've never seen one, thanks toes, its a shame though if the birds have move out, and the bees had plenty of space under the shed, they have been nesting there for years, i wonder why they moved.
Even better get another tit nest box.
Probably cheaper to buy a new box for the tits but do it quickly or it will be too late if it's not already. Great to have the bees though.
