Moved the fridge and found her snack....

Mrs moocat had stuffed a nice mouse down the back of the fridge for later....she wasn't happy at the zoflora treatment.
She did this with a sparrow down the back of the bookcase recently. I think she's storing up for the winter....

I live on a very busy little street in the centre of town so my cats don't get out. I don't get 'presents' and for that I am grateful. It is said that such gifts are given as a sign that you are worthy of their friendship - even though you are a pathetic hunter.

I know all about furry toys under, behind and even on top of furniture - a couple of times I have also found furry mice in the fridge and the washing machine. Being a mere human I am not even going to try and work out why they are stashed there.

Complex animals !
I used to find the odd desiccated mouse behind the fridge or kitchen cupboard. Mine used to just bring rodents in then watch as they ran off somewhere to hide. Mind you have occasionally looked up to see a mouse staring at me from behind the TV.
One of mine used to have a furry ball which she carried round and hid in my son's room on a regular basis
I recently found what I can only describe as a mummified mouse in the cupboard under the stairs! Can only assume it thought it had found a safe place to hide....that safe it was guarded by three cats!
