just go to the page you want to link to and look at the "adress bar" at the top of the page (it'll start www. probably or http). hover the arrow over this bar and click on the right button on your mouse. Select "copy"
then open the page on AB you want to add the link to (for example answer this thread) and press the right button on your mouse again. This time select "paste".
you will see the adress that you copied come up. Then just submit your answer/question as normal.
