as i have an ad that keeps on popping up which is an item i was looking at a while ago on Amazon, . i don't think its a coincidence.

Yes but I think it's linked to anything you look up on retail sites as do may other sites FB for example. Does for me anyway. Isn't that what cookies do?

don't know what cookies do, just as i am tapping this out the same table that i was looking up popped up again and again.

You are being followed and I blame Google for it; especially if Chrome is being used as a default Browser. Furthermore I think that AB has a very strong connection with Google advertising.

AnswerBank deals with several advertising space 'brokers' who will sell 'potential' space to various companies. AnswerBank does not deal direct with advertisers. If an ad for google or Amazon pops up it will be tailored to your browsing / search history.
