I have 2 Sengled smart light bulbs which work via Alexa..the 2 nd one is still working but when I ask Alexa to turn on the first one I get the message that this phone does not recognise it .any help...

I have. IMO Q2 mobile phone..the battery keeps going down quickly..I only use for calls & messaging..it shows 2/3 bars but I don't need internet connection .how do I turn this off please?...
