new guy, got the gear, no idea!

Hello people! I own a canon eos 400d and an ef 100-400mm lens which says I can pan a moving object and take pics of objects travelling at speed, I seem to be having some problems with moving objects...

if i have a canon 400D and i put on a 2x extender and an EF 90-300mm Autofocus F4-5.6 AF Zoom Lens would it have a better zoom than if i used a Canon 300mm f/4 L IS USM EF Lens 300 F4

windows vista control panel

I have a new computer with windows vista pre-installed, every now and again it wont let me access the control panel or any of the features in it (personalisation, back up and restore centre)...

Does anybody remember a kids t.v show from the 80's that was a lot like power rangers? Each member of the team controlled a different vehicle and all the vehicles could combine to make a robot.
