i lent someone some money and they agreed to pay back ?500 per month on the very first installment they paid ?100 and then again inthe second month the same again is it some type ofraud or deception...

theft of money but as it is in agreement it is called civil law it is unfair as i am the good guy bit stupid though

if i take someones car but they give me the key to it previously as it was signed to me in a agreement if they failed to pay me some money is it legal or illeagal please reply as i am not getting...

lending money

i lent someone some money and wehad awritten agreement of the law depot which they signed their car as security for the loan this did not acrue intrest this was a goodwill gesture they have now not...
