MP3 doesn't play on opening website.....................

.............website set up on an Apple using DreamWeaver. Embedded MP3 to play on opening the site. Anybody have any idea why it plays on some PCs but not others. Otherwise site runs fine on all PCs....

............every time I resume from standby - the taskbar's gone - CTRL + ESC doesn't work - neither does CTRL + ALT + DEL - but icons still fire up - bl***Y Windows (XP)...............any ideas...
