George Osborne is saying "no pensioner will lose in cash terms"

So how then will he be raising the £3bn from pensions if no pensioner will lose cash? I need to explain this to my Dad who is totally confused (and so am I)! Can anybody help?

Budget re Cigarettes

I really think cigarette prices are far too low even after today's tax rise. I would say cigarettes should cost £40 for a packet of 20 rising by 20% each year plus inflation....

if i was in the uk, and i rang a person who was also in the uk, and i used the international dialling code for uk, +44, would the call be charged at uk, or international rates? cheers...

Age Allowance for Income tax should apply regardless of income.
