insurance and driving ban

When you get insurance and you have named drivers on your policy do you have to declare whether they have any points etc or cautions. im not saying im not going to say i just dont remember them asking...

insurance when disqualified

Hello. I made a stupid mistake of driving whilst I was drunk and just wondered what I do about my car insurance while I have ben disqualified for 14 months? can I still insure the car under my name...
