whos responsibility ?

in a block of eight flats , who is responsible for roof repairs ? people on the top floor, or is it shared responsibility with the bottom floor .? thanks .

i went to the beach today , havent been there for a while ,due to the weather , but i go there quite a lot when its fine ,today was different , when i got there i could hear disco music and saw lots...

what fools cant you suffer ?

i find that i can suffer most fools and laught at them , but others i find if you laugh at them they think that they are better than you , just a thought , is it just me ?

i went to a rural area to visit the husband of a dear friend that died , it took me ages to visit because i know that he talked about her i would cry , when i got there he had gone away for a few days...
