Missing Graphics Card

Bit of an odd one...trying to load Google Earth and after instalation, it says it "can't identify my graphics card which is probably because the driver for my graphics card has not been installed."...

Computer problem

Can anyone tell me how to completely wipe my computer? I've tried formatting the c drive, but it tells me it 'format cannot run because this volume is in use by another process. Cannot lock the drive....
