Pouring with rain

What phrase do people use to describe rain. Apart from the usual Pouring with rain, Raining cats and dogs, Pelting it down, P*ssing it down, teaming with rain. What term do you use?

2 Lanes into 1

When you are at traffic lights where there are 2 lanes, who has the right of way when the 2 lanes merge into 1after you have gone through the lights? I always thought that the driver in the left hand...
