obtaining a copy of a will

My mother died last year, leaving a will. However my father will not show me a copy. I do not want to upset him by keep asking to see it. Is there another way I can see the will?

removal of name from mortgage deeds

I am separating from my husband and intend to buy a property of ny own. But to do this I need to remove my name from the deeds of the house we jointly own. However, I will still be paying the mortgage...
