DVD regions...

when i am looking on ebay for dvds i always get confused about the regions...R1 R" ect...could someone please explain to me what region i need for a DVD player bought in england... thankyou...

hi...i have been biting mynails for...ever really and have decided once again to tr and stop but for this time its for good. the only problrm is i have really thin nails and they take so long to grow...
