which shampoo is the best

for straight hair. Mine is dyed black, and is just stopping at my bra strap, but my scalp is flaky no matter what i do.

because i will work only 15 hours, i am entitled to no help with childcare at all. Not even for half an hour in the morning. That is all i need, just half an hour. New manager wont let me start at 9am...
