I can't get an @ sign from the @ button

i can't get an @ symbol from the @ button and have to use the " button instead. I also can't get a pound sign symbol without inserting it from symbols.

Re-occurring hamstring pull

I keep injuring my hamtring while playing football, i stretch and warm up thouroughly but i still seem to get pulls. At the moment the muscle is not pulled but i feel like i can't sprint at full pace...
