jaimes pasta sauce

I have just watched Jamies School Dinners. In it he makes a pasta sauce in which he hides a load of veg in it so the kids will eat them.  Does anyone have a recipie for a simular sauce.  Ta

Am looking for a digital camera with 5 million or more pixeles , zoom lens, facility to manual focus, exposure auto bracketing and looks good.  Any ideas???
