Gout cure.

My wife suffers from gout. I read that ACV (apple cider vinegar ) is a good cure but must contain the "mother". Anyone any idea if it works and where I can get the "real stuff" ?...

Cleaning garden squaresets

I have (unfortunately) the stone square sets (about 8 in X 8 inch) in my drive way and a good part of the back garden. They are filthy looking and I can't revive them. Have tried bleach and scrubbing....
