Am looking for suggestions for returning the shine to floor tiles. Every time I wash them they end up very dull. Do I need special detergent or should I rewash them with clean water. Any help here...

I used to have channel 5 tuned in as an "other channel" on my sky box, now that seems to have disappeared. Its not appearing on the list of available channels on the old frequency listing....
