Waxing

How is it possible to avoid taking off the top layer of skin when waxing facial hair? Have made sure temperature is correct and use talc.

waxing -help!!

my friend regularly waxes her facial hair but often ends up with the top layer of skin being yanked off too! How can she avoid this??
