Freeview Aerial? Are there any good ones

Does anyone know where I can find a cheap aerial which works well with freeview boxes. My room does not have the an atenna socket, so I need something which I can plug in and will work just as well.

hi, ive recently upgraded my monitor to a 19" tft (samsung) and ever since my screensaver just doesnt kick in ,all the settings seem to be correct but still it wont work. any ideas ? thanks
