will british pound now go up again..?

i have watched the uk pound go down now against the thai baht...last year i was getting 68 to the pound.....now it is down to 58 and just this morning is up to 60...... i am due to build a small house...

i dont go to the loo that often...even when i eat loads of fibre..bran flakes...salads...etc....i would say on average 2 times per week i go and still that is not what i would call ordinary if u know...

Is it quality or quantity that matters?

When trying to conceive say it is day 13 of your cycle (the day before you may ovulate) is it better to have sex everyday until you do ovulate and a day or 2 after or is that taking it a bit too far...
