wills and inheritance law

does a wife by law inherit her husbands estate/house automatically when he dies in england?from what ive read it seems that when one of them dies the other inherits the home and then passes it down...

i did a step 1 letter and waited 28 days and my employer didnt reply to the recorded letter.employment tribunal have given me a case number.ACAS are involved.i have the odd epileptic seizure and lost...

im writing a book.ive taken a photocopy of original i wrote on paper and copy of letter sent to the publisher.do i need to copyright it yest etc??
